With 20 years experience as a freelancer in the creative industries I understand the pressure, stress, anxiety, need to ‘perform’, and even bullying that many people experience in the workplace. So whether you want to improve confidence, stress, anxiety, work/life balance, create boundaries, improve communication, make career progression/changes, achieve greater results for yourself, your team or your business, I can really help.

 

Whether you are an employee of a large film, run a small business, the boss or a freelancer, being our best selves at work can be extremely challenging.​ We can find ourselves playing the role of our job title (the 'in control' boss or 'people-pleasing' assistant) rather than being ourself, who happens to 'do' a certain job. Very often we can find that our identities are wrapped up in our job and industry, and that we are conditioned to behave in a certain way. That was certainly the case for me.​ ​
