Coaching follows a framework which will be adapted to you and the specific outcome you are working towards. During the coaching process you will discover what is most important to you and what motivates you, and what makes you fearful and holds you back. Coaching involves being future-focused and action-based, as well as exploratory and revealing, and it also holds you accountable for your actions and holds up the mirror to see yourself as you really are - worts and all!


At it's core, coaching enables you to build a deep and honest relationship with yourself.

Coaching allows you to zoom into the detail of your life, make some discoveries, tweaks or dramatic changes (it is all our choice remember!), then zoom back out to the Bigger Picture to see the difference they make. The great thing is that you can do this as many times as you like!

My job is to manage the process, guiding you to explore your thoughts, feelings and actions. I will select tasks and tools along the way that are best suited to your needs and desired outcomes.​ My promise to you is, I will be absolutely committed to helping you and the journey you take.

Coaching is not therapy, it focusing on the future, accepting where you are now, and being accountable for the steps you are taking to get us to the outcomes you want, no matter how big or small. Coaching can bring up emotions but it is not intended to unpick or understand past events and traumas, however coaching can help you can take learnings from the past to make changes for the future
