CAN I BOOK AN INTRODUCTION/TASTER SESSION?

Yes absolutely!

An Introduction Call is the best way find out more about how I can help you and to discover if we click and want to work together.

 

There is no obligation to go ahead after this session, it as an opportunity to learn more about each other and what we could achieve together.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Fees will vary depending on the duration of time we work together and the frequency of sessions.


The coaching programmes start from £100 upwards, please check the 'Coaching Programmes' page to find out more, or contact me for a personalised quote based on your needs.

 

Yoga sessions can be booked individually for a drop-in class or as a monthly subscription. The timetable and price options will be available soon. 1:1 yoga sessions are £25 per session.
 

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is outcome based and action orientated. It is future-focused meaning we do not spend time lingering in the past (although I can be helpful identify past patterns/habit so we can change them ). Coaching is a way to achieve the change or results you want in your life in the quickest way possible and working with a coach means you can get there faster than doing it alone.

Coaching is being practical and accountable, and although it can trigger emotion, it is not counselling or therapy.

WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE AND WHAT CONTACT DO I HAVE WITH MY COACH?

Both coaching and Yoga sessions predominantly take place online. However if you are based in London or the surrounding areas I would me really happy to arrange an in-person session.

Online the sessions take place over Zoom, if in-person we can arrange that directly.

As your coach I can be contacted in between sessions via What's App, email or short phone call. This is when you what to report your successes, remain accountable and or if you are facing a specific issue that needs immediate attention before the next session. We will cover this during your first session.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND WILL I BE SENT A CONTRACT?

Yes I am fully insured via Holistic Insurance.​ If you require any further informationplease contact me.

For Coaching Programmes, you will be sent a Client Agreement that outlines what we have agreed along with our commitment to each other.

Please see full terms and conditions and if you have any questions at all, just ask.

Photos and videos recordings could be taken during sessions, and may be used for marketing and publicly proposes, but this will never be published publicly without your agreement.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

For coaching programmes you will be sent an invoice and payment is required upfront OR you can pay 50% upfront deposit then monthly payments based on the duration of the programme you book.

A session can be cancelled up to 48 hours before and rescheduled. There are no refunds on programmes, but if your circumstances change please talk to me directly so we can find a solution together.

For Yoga, classes must be paid upfront to book your place, or you can choose the monthly subscription method.

Individual bookings can be rescheduled for another class up to 24 hours before and the monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime. Your next monthly payment will not be deducted and you can continue to use your subscription until that current month ends.
